🌟 12-Week Women’s Online Program
Goal: Weight loss, strength, confidence, healthier habits
📅 Program Structure
3 Phases (4 weeks each): Foundation → Progression → Empowerment
Workouts per week: 3x strength + 1x conditioning (optional extras: steps, stretching, mobility)
Weekly Focus: Nutrition/lifestyle/mindset theme to keep it engaging
