Working With NDIS Participants

Hi, I’m Kris—a Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Coach passionate about making fitness more inclusive, accessible, and fun for everyone. Since March 2025, I’ve had the absolute privilege of working with incredible NDIS participants of all ages and abilities, helping them move more freely, gain confidence, and enjoy being active in a way that suits them.

My Approach

I believe connection is the foundation of good coaching. So before jumping into structured sessions, I spend time getting to know each client personally. We chat, do some light movement, and go through a gentle movement analysis to understand your body and how it moves.

From there, I design each session to support your ability, not your limitation.

I make things fun and engaging—especially with kids or neurodiverse clients. One of my younger clients and I even come up with our own exercise names (based off animals, superheroes, toys) to help him remember them better! It’s about creating routines that feel familiar, enjoyable, and positive.

There’s no better feeling than witnessing progress that truly changes someone’s day-to-day life.

❤️ One of my stroke survivor clients recently lifted their leg higher than they’ve been able to since their stroke.

💛 A young client of mine continues to surprise me every week with their improvements—physically and emotionally.

 

These moments are the heartbeat of my work, and I feel so lucky to be part of each one.

NDIS Funding Info

I work with NDIS clients under Fitness Enhancement Personal Training / Fit Your Ability who are fully registered NDIS providers. I’m covered under their team and have all the appropriate checks and training.
